I'm subletting my room in a lovely flat in West Kensington, shared with my friend Bo - an LSE graduate working nearby in Hammersmith.
The room is a good size, facing a quiet side street, with beautiful afternoon and evening sun streaming through its two large windows. It comes fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
The flat has two separate bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and plenty of storage space.

Rent: £1,275/month Bills: approx. £80–95/pp month

Located a 5-minute walk from West Kensington and Barons Court tube stations and 15 minutes from Hammersmith, the flat is also well served by several bus routes. A private garden and Santander bike dock are just around the corner. The real highlight for me has always been the easy access to some great pubs along the Thames to enjoy a fantastic sunset there.
