👱‍♀️About your flatmate
You would be sharing with my 25-year-old friend, who is genuinely lovely, considerate and easy to live with. She recently moved into a remote role, so she spends quite a bit of time wfh, though she also travels regularly and will be away for parts of the rental period.

We’ve tried to make the flat a calm, comfortable and welcoming space, and we’re hoping to find someone who appreciates that kind of environment as well.

🙋‍♀️About you
We’re ideally looking for a female tenant who is tidy, respectful and considerate of both the shared space and our neighbours.

The most important thing is finding someone who is easy to live with and who values a peaceful home environment. As a small note, we’d ask that male visitors aren’t brought over unannounced, simply out of consideration for privacy and comfort within the flat.
