Double room in large 2 bedroom flat

I am looking for a new flatmate to take over half of the joint tenancy of the lovely 2 double bedroom, 1 bathroom flat I have rented in West Kensington (W14) for the past 3 years as my current flatmate is moving away. Start date would be mid-late August with some flexibility.

🏠 The rent per room is £1125pcm at present - with bills it comes to around £1300 each per month. Tenancy is arranged privately with the landlord - they are very responsive and have maintained the flat brilliantly.

📍The flat is 7 min walk from Shepherd’s Bush Station and 10 min from Kensington Olympia. Green space in Holland Park is super close by, and it’s waking distance to High Street Ken, Notting Hill, the river at Hammersmith, a big Tesco and the Westfield.

✨ I am looking for a like-minded professional female aged 21-29 that would like to commit to at least 1 year. Essentials: full time office/hybrid working pattern, non-smoker, no pets, clean and tidy, someone wanting to make the space feel like their home and be a friend as well as a flatmate!

I am a 24 year old consultant working in hybrid but spending more time in the office than not. I love being outside in all forms (running, coffee walks, cycling, hiking), going to Pilates classes and cooking. I enjoy a low-key pub trip, hosting dinners with a few friends and other wholesome activities - I am definitely not a partier by any stretch (I am usually in bed by 10pm!)
