I’m subletting my lovely room in a beautiful 3-bedroom flat from 26th July to 26th August while I’m away.

❗️Please note that, due to the current household arrangement and flat policy, applications are open to females only.

You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful, and easy-going girls in a welcoming and well-maintained home.

The room is bright, cosy, and fully furnished, featuring:

• Comfortable double bed
• Large wardrobe with plenty of storage
• Large window with a lovely view and lots of natural light
• Private toilet and sink (the shower is shared with the other tenants)

The flat is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay:

• Lovely kitchen with plenty of storage space

Located between West Kensington and Kensington Olympia, with excellent transport links and amenities nearby:

• 5-minute walk to West Kensington Station
• 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
• 2-minute walk to Sainsbury’s
• 3-minute walk to Tesco
• 10-minute walk to Super Tesco
• Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, gyms, and beauty salons

💷 Rent & Deposit

• Rent: £945 for the month (Wi-Fi included)
• Bills are extra and typically do not exceed £70 for the month
• A £200 security deposit is required in line with building policy and will be returned at the end of the sublet, subject to the room being left in good condition

❗️Viewings

I’ll be returning to London during the second week of July, so in-person viewings will be available from then onwards.

Online viewings are available now from my flatmates, and I’m happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos in the meantime.
