Hi everyone! I will be moving out of our lovely flat as I’m buying my own place, so my wonderful double room in our 3-bed flat in West Kensington will also be available from 9th July. I have also really loved living here!! And hoping that we can find someone who will enjoy it just as much 🥰💛

The flat:

We’re on the top floor of a two-story building, with lots of natural light and a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area.

You’ll have your own en-suite with a large shower - a rare find! The other two housemates share the main bathroom.

The room comes furnished and comes with a king size bed, large desk, wardrobes, a storage cabinet & shoe storage. You will see from the pictures that there is plenty of room for other furniture or space under the bed! The room is super spacious and gets lots of natural light.

The flatmates:

You’ll be living with Benny, a super friendly Italian data analyst who loves cooking (expect good pasta nights 🍝) and the occasional wine evening 🍷.

We’ve also been looking for another housemate for the other room as our other housemate is moving back to Australia, and so both new housemates will be moving in around the same time 😊

We’re looking for someone ideally in their mid-20s - early 30s, friendly, easy-going, and who’d be up for the occasional chat, dinner together, or spontaneous wine night.

Location & transport:

• West Kensington - District Line (6 min walk)
• Barons Court - Piccadilly Line (night tube) (10 min walk)
• Kensington Olympia - Mildmay Line (12 min walk)
• Great bus connections to Kensington High Street and central London.
• Hammersmith is also only a 25 minute walk away with amazing pubs and river walks, as well as Holland Park in the other direction.
• Tesco superstore 10 minute walk!
