Room available in Barons Court mid August

We’re looking for someone to join our 4 bedroom basement flat in Barons Court. Entrance is through the front doors of the building.

1 minute walk from Barons Court station, West Ken station a 7 minute walk and Hammersmith a 10 minute walk.

Room has lots of storage and 2 pieces of furniture available to buy. It is being painted this week so will be fresh for when someone moves in. Photos are slightly outdated from the last tenant.

You’ll be living with:
Me - 24 - work in wealth management
Ed - 28 - works in insurance
Elle - 26 - works in the music industry

We would prefer someone who only works from home 1-2 days a week. We’re all fairly busy but like to cook or go to the pub together.

We have a building cleaner once a week and we take it in turns cleaning the flat. Bins get collected twice a week.

Bills are ~ £110 a month
