🏡 Room available in West Kensington – from the beginning of September!

My lovely flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her spacious room in our 2-bed flat from the beginning of September.

📍Location: Just a 2-minute walk from West Kensington Station, with great transport links and plenty of local cafés, pubs and shops nearby. The flat faces an inner courtyard so it’s very quiet.

The room is approx. 15 m2 and the rent is £1375 +bills (the heating and hot water is already included, so the flat is nice and cosy in the colder months), the other bills come out to about 100/month.

A bit about me:

I’m a 23-year-old working in a corporate job. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, staying active and I’m an avid cyclist. I’d love to live with someone who’s also looking for the occasional chat, causal hangouts watching horrible TV on a projector in the living room, dinner or drink together while also respecting each other’s space and independence.

Who I’m looking for:

- Ideally someone in their mid-20s to early 30s

- Preferably a young professional (rather than a student), as we’d be sharing the council tax
