Hi I am a landlord looking for a new tenant for the master bedroom of this lovely home.

I am looking for female tenants only as this is a strong preference for my other two tenants.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom flat, with one bathroom and is fully furnished.

The room has a double bed, double wardrobe, study desk and chair and has private balcony access.

It is less than a 2 minute walk from Barons Court station and located within a secure gated community and with a resident porter.

Bills additional cost: Electricity (£15-20 pp pcm), broadband (£8 pp pcm) and council tax (£50 pp pcm) Band E

The current tenants are vegetarian and looking for someone who is also vegetarian, friendly, and takes initiative for maintaining their part of flat responsibilities.

As a landlord I am attentive and available to address any concerns, and hope that good care of the property is taken by anyone who moves in.
