Lovely double room in West Kensington

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat in West Kensington. I work in Customer Success and work from home 3–4 days a week from my bedroom, so the living room is usually free during the day.

Outside of work, I love trying new restaurants and cafés, exploring London (still feeling like a tourist after all these years!) and enjoying the parks and green spaces nearby. I’m clean, considerate and easy-going, and I’d love to create a cosy home rather than just share a flat.

📍 The area
The location is amazing — less than a minute from West Kensington station and around an 8-minute walk to Barons Court. There are also plenty of buses nearby with easy connections to Fulham, Notting Hill and beyond.

You’ll have a Tesco Superstore around 10 minutes away, Lidl within 15 minutes, several gyms nearby, and Hammersmith close by for more shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The flat is on a main road, so there is some traffic noise in the living room, but both bedrooms are at the back of the building and are quiet.

🏡 About you
I’m looking for a professional in their late 20s or early 30s who’s clean, considerate and looking to create a friendly home.

It would be great to share the occasional dinner, coffee or catch-up while respecting each other’s space. If you work from home, there’s space for a desk in the living room, and since I work from my bedroom, you’ll have a separate work area during the day.

* Available from: Flexible — September or 1st/2nd October, depending on your situation
* Tenancy: The flat is rented as a whole property, so you would join me on the lease
* Bills: £150-180 per person monhtly

* A few furniture pieces from the previous tenant that you’re welcome to keep
