My friend Joanna and I are looking for a third housemate to join our 3-bed flat in West Ken from the 20 September 💫🪭 we’re both 26yo professionals. Joanna is a musician and I’m a solicitor. We became close friends after living together here & it would be nice to find someone who’d get along with us, vibe with us and would be down to hang out, but we would absolutely never overstep & are very respectful of others’ space and time :)

We are clean, respectful and easygoing. We like going out to pubs around, to the cinema, watch movies at home, cook & chill!

The flat is conveniently located less than 1 min away from West Kensington station (District line) and 6 mins away from Barons Court (Piccadilly line), 15 mins walk to Fulham and Hammersmith so the location is georg!🌱super close, as only 10 mins away from central London via train.

- the flat is refurbished with new appliances

- there are many shops within 1 minute walk (Tesco, Waitrose), coffee shops, a pharmacy, pubs, a wine bar & Superstore Tesco in the area

- the price is £870 per room + bills

- tenancy is minimum one year
