My current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for a lovely friendly female professional aged between 25 - 35 to take over her lease.
The flat has plenty of light and space and comes fully furnished, and is a 5 minute walk to West Ken station (district line) and an 8 minute walk to Barons Court station (district and Piccadilly line) so conveniently located and has lots of nice pubs and bars around the area.
I have an en-suite in my room so you will also have the main bathroom all to yourself!
Bills are roughly £150 - £170 per month.
