Hello all, I have a lovely room available in a West Kensington flat on Sinclair Road (W14), about an 8 min walk from both Shepherd’s Bush station and Kensington Olympia station. Very well connected with lots of shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants nearby.

The room is furnished and has its own spacious bathroom. It’s also around the back of the property so it’s tranquil, with zero road noise.

Rest of the flat has been beautifully decorated with a particularly stunning lounge, plus a gorgeous balcony overlooking the gardens. It’s very peaceful and doesn’t feel like London at all.

There is also a cozy little mezzanine with a futon - useful for occasional guests, cozy film nights, etc.

You’ll be living with a couple, I'm 30 and she’s 26. I runs a marketing agency and she’s a dancer.

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, kind, courteous, and doesn’t wfh full time.
