Room in West Ken architect-designed 2-bed flat

We're advertising a room with a king-sized bed in this 2-bed flat (shown in the attached video), less than 5 minutes' walk from West Kensington station, and 7 minutes' walk from Barons Court.

The flat is on the prime floor of a Georgian building with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The flat was redesigned by a previous owner of the flat (an architect) and later renovated by the current landlords. Each bedroom has a ladder up to a sleeping area on a mezzanine level (not for everyone but we like it!). The room being advertised has a kingsize mattress, whilst the other room has a queen size.

There's space to work from home, and the shared living room is the highlight with high ceilings, original cornicings and three big bright windows. (Note, the layout of furniture in the living room is slightly different to as shown in the pictures/videos, and the flat does not currently have a tv installed, though this can change!). There is a semi open-plan kitchen with lots of counter space for those who like to cook. The floors are aged and oiled solid oak, and there is a separate big storage room belonging to the flat, for suitcases, boxes, bike, etc. The flat is a short walk to Queens tennis club (with access to the residents ballot for the tournament) and Fulham.

Flatmate details: My name's Nick, and I'm a 25-year old PhD student at King's College London, studying geopolitics. In my spare time, I'm a keen violinist & swimmer.
