My lovely flatmate is moving home, so I’m looking for someone new to join me in our West Kensington home from the end of October.

🛏️ The room and flat

The room (larger of the two) comes furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. There’s loads of space to make it your own, plus we have a separate lounge and a large kitchen.

The real star of the show, though, is our huge private garden with two tennis courts. A genuinely gorgeous patch of green in London - perfect for summer drinks, picnics, fresh air or pretending you can play tennis.

• Rent: £1,300 pcm until 30 November (increasing to £1,375 pcm from 1 December - fun times)
• Bills: approximately £230 per month
• Deposit:~ £1,500
• Available: end of October (flexible)

• West Kensington: 10-minute walk, District line
• Barons Court: 12-minute walk, Piccadilly and District lines
• West Brompton: 11-minute walk, District line and Overground
• Nearby buses: 28, 74, 295, 306 and 430

I’m 30 and work in fintech, with two WFH days each week. My weekends usually involve reading, pilates, keeping active, planning my next trip or enjoying a glass of wine with friends.

I’m sociable and would love a flatmate who’s up for the occasional pub trip, dinner or drinks, but who also appreciates a relaxed home and a bit of downtime.

I’m looking for a full-time working professional of a similar age who’s friendly, fun, clean, tidy and respectful.

No students, couples or pets, please.
