The deposit has been split equally between tenants and is 5 weeks rent (3200 PCM for the whole property) coming out to 1230 pounds a person.
The property is currently rented only by students. We are looking for students to replace a tenant who has moved out.

20 min commute to Imperial by bus and 10-15 mins by bike.
