The flat is a cosy two storey building with a shared patio garden, lounge and kitchen. It has one full bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.

All brand new appliances fitted this month inc: microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge and tumble dryer. All furniture in the bedroom is supplied making it move in ready.

The lounge comes with a tv and the garden has a table etc so it’s perfect for chilling out with your new flatmates! The house is currently a guy and four girls, mixed occupations and students aged 23-26.

It’s a lovely, calm home, perfect to come back to after a day at work or studying. We are friendly and hang out but also respect each other’s own lives. It’s a quiet flat with a nice vibe.

The area is in the middle of many amenities, it is walkable to Queen’s Park pubs and cafes (10 mins by foot), Kensal rise (12 mins by foot) Notting Hill (20 mins by foot) and also close by to Kilburn high road and Maida Vale. Also 10 minutes to a walk along the canal and local parks.

Transport: Bakerloo line 6 minutes by foot (Queen’s Park station) and buses into central also 6 minutes by foot.

You’ll be taking over my tenancy which ends February 11th 2027 with the option to extend. You will need to pay a deposit of £1,200 but I am happy to cover any tenancy changeover fees. The agency are available 24/7 and are really prompt with dealing with any issues.

The rent is £1,135 with a cleaner included (weekly common areas cleaned)
