Gorgeous, beautifully renovated and redecorated with recent carpets throughout. Fun, friendly home is beautifully furnished in simple modern style, large kitchen / diner, large patio doors onto lovely bright sunny garden with table and chairs.
House has central heating, new boiler and new double glazing so is super warm in the winter. 24 hour hot water, and fast WiFi. New kitchen and wooden floor. New shower and toilet room next to room.

ABOUT US - I'm Ben a photographer who surfs and travels a lot, I don’t live in the house anymore, my brother Angus and I take care of anything needed while I'm away

ÁREA- great pubs and restaurants in this hip area, new film picture house, yoga, gym and monthly food market in the town, lots of great gastro pubs and cool coffee shops all within minutes walk.

HOUSE - it's always been a great fun house with cool people, and would love to keep it that way, please let me know if you'd like to come and see the house.

Needs a little love for the summer, we will be updating it during spring, it’s a lovely place to sit out in the sun for breakfast or lunch.

OUR AIM - We have rented for years and know what it’s like to rent... we aim to provide a “home” that you will love to live in. It’s all been beautifully renovated with love and care as if we were living in it ourselves. We also deal with anything that will needs repairing or fixing, we’ll get back to you in under 24hrs and have a plumber / electrician or handy person around immediately. A general house clean of the common areas and upkeep happens twice a month too.

This has always been a beautiful fun and quiet space, and would be lovely to continue this vibe. We have renovated the whole house, with new kitchen and new 2nd bathroom. All rooms are bright with mirrors and space, located in a quiet, safe and clean house in the West Norwood area.

3 minute walk to West Norwood train station with Oyster card (this is a credit card like transport card that is for cheaper travel inside central London) direct to Victoria (20 mins) and London Bridge (18 mins), buses 10 minutes to the cool and fun Brixton centre for great food and underground (tube / subway) 20min walk to Brixton, buses to Clapham, Streatham, Euston, Elephant & Castle, Brixton. Great access to everywhere, New Sainsburys, CoOp & Tesco Supermarkets open til 11pm, 5 min walk.
