We have 1 double room in super location for the price at £630 month. In the photo the chest of drawers is on the bed because the floor was being cleaned. Also the bed comes with matress. The room is to be rented for 3 months minimum. The right candidate might get an extra discount of £10 monthly, so £620 month, which is an amazing price for London zone 2 . We think that given current tenants are all males might be more suitable for a male.
Room is a good double. with good space. Previous tenants have brought their own desks. Double glazing windows and laminated floor. No living room. Thats the reason for such economic price and also becasue we prefer good quality tenant that is respectful, easy going and is never going to be late in the rent.
This flat is not for people looking in to socialize or having a fancy place to live. This is a purpose bulid block. More suitable for working people looking for practical accommodation.
It is for people looking for central location and wanting to save money in the rent. Rooms are Good. They are laminated and have double glazing windows. BUT kitchen and bathroom have not been renovated. Nevertheless it comes equiped with fairly new washing machine (bought less than a year ago). You have also pans, dishes, etc.
Please only call if you can DEMONSTRATE that you are on a regular income or have capability to pay AND you have more than enough to cover your rent.
You must have letter from work, and be able to demonstrate income like pay slips or similar. Ideally references from current landlord if you have rented in London before. If student you have to pay 3 months in advanced and from. there just one month in advanced at a time like the others.
Tulse Hill has rail station (6 min walk). The house is also 3 min walk from west Norwood rail St and a quick bus ride to Brixton (6 min) which got fast tube Victoria Line that take you to Oxford circus in less than 15 min. Bus stop 1 min walk.
Our price is mega cheap for London, for the LOCATION which is central and also taking in account current London renting situation.
