Use of large kitchen/diner, with sofa and armchair overlooking garden. Sharing with a professional couple, with adult children at university. Rent includes all bills. We are looking for a genuine Monday to Friday let, professional male or female, aged 30-plus, and look forward to meeting you.
Excellent train services. About 20 minutes to Victoria, London Bridge and Blackfriars etc. Nearest stations in walking distance are West Norwood, Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill. Excellent bus links to central London. Free parking on our road.
