You will have to pay for WIFI separately. My current lodger has his own WiFi box. You will need to take over his contract with virgin media if you want WiFi. I believe he pays around £30 a month but I have no access to it because my room is too far away from his and is therefore outside of its range. As such, your WIFI connection would be entirely yours as mine is entirely mine. If you rely on a high speed connection, this may be appealing to you.

All the spaces in the ad would be included in your deal as I live in another part of the house.
You will not be allowed to rent out your additional room. It is to be used as either a living room or for storage.
