🏠 About the flat: Located on a quiet residential street between West Norwood and West Dulwich. It’s first/top floor, with its own private entrance and a garden. The bedroom being advertised comes with a new mattress too.

🚆 Transport: Located a 5-minute walk from West Norwood Station (trains here go to Victoria), and a 15-minute walk from Tulse Hill station (trains here go to Kings X St Pancras). We’re on the West Dulwich side of West Norwood, which is only a 12-minute walk away. Lots of bikenests are on the road, perfect if you cycle.

🙆‍♀️ Current housemate: I’m Alice, I work in PR and go into the office about 3x a week. I love staying active (ish), home cooking, afternoons in the pub, a wine (/plural), an olive, reading, travelling (I’m a sun chaser), etc. I’ve not lived here long but love the area - it feels close to everything but has its own charm! I own the place (but am not precious about it), and looking for a housemate on a similar vibe to me who also wants to make it their home.

A few extra bits: Bills are approx. £150 a month. Council tax band is C (Lambeth) and TV/internet is Sky!
