The rug is negotiable bought it purely for aesthetics happy to sell if you’d like to keep it
The three storey house itself is big, with a cosy lounge, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and another separate toilet. The back garden is well kept in the summer (not looking its best after a long winter 😅) and green, with some outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine.
The housemates are very friendly, tidy and low maintenance. Professionals, the two guys WFH with others in and out of the office. Happy to watch a movie together or visit a pub, but with no obligations.
The new house mate should come and visit the house/meet the house mates.
The location is well connected with buses and is only a couple mins walk from the West Norwood train station.
