The room is in a lovely apartment with a designer bathroom and peaceful garden and all mod cons with free on street parking.

It's a creative household, wth 1 person doing a Masters, another housemate into fashion, one into film and botanicals .

If you love cats, you'll especially enjoying living here.

West Norwood is a vibrant part of southeast London. Full of independent cafes, pubs, gift shops, bakeries, restaurants, cinema, theatre, gym, yoga studio and art gallery and library. It's close to 4 parks and has great transport links, including 3 overland stations and 10 buses connecting to central and south east London. There is a great community here and we organise a street party for the local community and to raise money for local charities. We are ideally looking for someone who can stay for a year but are willing to accept shorter term lets. If you are interested please get in touch. Looking forward to meeting our next housemate.
