👯‍♀️ About us
You’ll be living with 2 women and 1 man (age range 28-48):
•⁠ ⁠I’m the 32 year old, I run my own business (so sometimes works from the home office and sometimes I’m out or in coffee shops )
•⁠ ⁠The other female is an actress/director and works in the theatre (so she is out in the evenings at the moment, and home in the day)
•⁠ ⁠and the young guy lives on the top floor (but potentially will be away on a 6 month job so not around in the house TBC)

We’re a very creative, friendly, and respectful household. We love music, painting, chatting, eating food together, having a dance in the kitchen, or just relaxing together. At the same time, we really value a calm home and respect each other’s personal space. We’re also clean and organised, and split chores fairly. We do operate like a family helping out each other with chores depending on workload if that is your vibe

⭐ Who we’re looking for
We’d love a woman 8but open to a guy if the right fit) who is warm, friendly, open-minded and happy to be part of a home, not just a house share. No pets, and no smoking inside (outside is fine). If you do prefer to keep yourself to yourself a bit more, no problem at all. But it would be nice for us to all get along and feel comfortable around each other in the communal areas.
