Our roommate is moving away so we have a room to rent in our flat!
It's a double room with a window that faces onto the garden. The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, large garden and a bathroom shared between 2. It's a very short walk to West Norwood Station, 10 mins to Tulse Hill Station, with free parking directly outside. Bills usually cost around £100 per month.
You'll be living with me (Florence) and Romina. I've lived here for 3 years, and Romina for 1.5years and we love the flat!
We are looking for someone who works hybrid or from the office, and will be a lovely fit - we don't do too much together, and generally have quiet lives.
