Double room and separate office room to rent

The property is a spacious house in south east London with very good central London links and local activities. You can get to either London Bridge or Blackfriars within 30 - 40 minutes without changing. The house sits on a side road off of the high street which has a local library, cinema, a few pubs and a lot of options for food.

We are looking for someone to rent the double bedroom which comes with a separate office room in the house as the previous housemate will be moving out in a few months.

The bedroom is located on the second floor and is big enough for a double bed, shelves and cupboards etc. The second room is on the third floor (which was used as an office space for the previous housemate). It has a large set of double bay window/doors with some really nice views of South London and has really good natural light. It also has enough space for a large desk or two and has some in built storage.

We think this rental situation is great for someone who works from home or has need of a separate private space for art, production or any hobby.

The house is large and has two big shared spaces. One large living room big enough for a dining table and a sitting area with sofas etc. The kitchen is also large, has marble work surfaces and is quite stylish with lots of windows that makes the space feel very open and light.
There is a garden that is spacious and is a nice space to be when the weather is nice.

There are 3 of us living here making a total of 4 with a new housemate. We are professionals who are LGBTQ friendly and enjoy arts, crafts and cooking. We like to maintain a friendly atmosphere and tend to do things occasionally as a house or with each other when we feel like it but do not feel pressured to join if you don’t want to.

We are advertising the rooms as a single unit/together for £990 and bills including council tax sit at around £115 per month.
