Two story maisonette with terrace garden, 2 minutes walk to Tulse Hill train station (Thameslink and Southwestern) or a 15 minute bus journey to Brixton (Victoria Underground). No off street parking but you can get a permit to park on neighbouring roads.

Bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers included.

We have worked hard to make the house a home and want someone who shares the same values as us, someone clean and tidy who respects shared living areas. We enjoy each others company and a trip to the local pubs and coffee shops but we also value our alone time to decompress. We also have a garden which we love to tend to so a green fingered gal is definitely welcome!

From Wales, freelance so I have quite bizzare working hours and sometimes go away for work. When I'm home I love to read, cook, and crochet. I also go to church on Sundays (HTC) and enjoy visiting the farmers market in Herne Hill afterwards. I also love to swim in the lido although it's more of a slow paddle as I'm not very fast!

I work at a primary school, so life is always a bit mad and hectic! When I'm not at work I love drawing and painting as well as reading. At the moment I'm trying to cook more and explore new cuisines. I enjoy a relaxed day out, going for walks and spending time with friends and family.

IMPORTANT=This is a smoke free home, smoking is also not allowed on the terrace. We are not a party house. Girls only and sadly no pets. Dietary info = meat and nuts are consumed in the house.
