Large and Light Room

2 bed flat at only 10 min walk from train station (25 min trip to Victoria or London B), plenty of busses, sport's centre, shops, cafes and restaurants. We also have a cinema and a library close by. There is a nice park close by and there is Dulwich Park at 15 mins walk. The room is comfortable and bright. It has a couple of wardrobes and a desk. The bed is very comfortable. I am looking for someone chilled out, clean and respectful. I like having the flat clean and tidy and expect anyone living here to keep it clean and tidy. I have a very sweet cat who doesn't have a toilette indoors, so no cat smell at all. There is also a nice garden with a barbecue and garden furniture. I work in a school and I am a translator, so I work really long hours, even during the weekends. I, therefore, like chilling out in my house, listening to music or watching a film on Netflix. I also like cooking, gardening, and going out with my mates. I ride my pushbike all around London and try to have a healthy life. I would like to live with someone independent who meets friends outside of the house. Ah! And you also get free off street parking!!!
