Sun-trap and shady terraced back garden.

Transport excellent to central London, Clapham Junction, Crystal Palace and wider south London. West Norwood Station (direct to London Bridge, Victoria, Peckham, Dulwich, New Cross Gate) is a four-min walk. Buses to Brixton and Crystal Palace (ride 18mins to Brixton Underground and Brixton Main Station; 18mins to Crystal Palace Overground).

West Norwood is a lovely friendly community with mini-Sainsbury, Tesco, Co-Op and Iceland on the High Street plus a big LIDL at Crown Point. Lots of coffee-shops, hairdressers, bakers, B&Q, a petrol station, and a dozen cafes and great pubs (400 Rabbits pizza; Nyom Siam Thai; Blackbird Bakery; The Great North Wood; Tulse Hill Hotel; Knowles of Norwood; The Railway Tavern).

Better Leisure Centre (pool, gym, etc) 2mins walk; Picturehouse Cinema 4mins walk. Brockwell Park, Dulwich Park, Norwood Park and Crystal Palace Park are each up to a mile away in different directions. Norwood Park is a 20min walk.

Lots of local fun including first Sunday of month West Norwood hosts food and gift stall street fair called Feast (Apr-Dec).
