A lovely, spacious and light large double room becomes available after the 22nd June in my large. edwardian house set in a quiet leafy road with great transport links ten minutes away.
Friendly household.
Big kitchen/dinning room. Shower room downstairs, bathroom upstairs. Separate loo. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Two large sitting roooms.

Patio with chairs and tables & BBQs and the large garden is a bit wild: v organic!

All bills, wifi and fortnightly cleaner are included in the rent.

West Norwood station is less than 10 minutes walk away with frequent trains to amongst others London Bridge and London Victoria, Balham (6 mins) and Clapham Junction (12 mins).

Bus garage at the end of the road so lots of buses to places such as Brixton, Waterloo, Marylebone, Euston etc. Also easy to get to Crystal Palace.

West Norwood is lovely. The monthly Feast market attracts vintage, art and food lovers. Music and events at Portico Gallery. Gasto puds, lovely cafes and restaurants at the end of the road.
Picture house cinema and
leisure centre with a pool and gym within ten mins walk..

All the various Co-op, Sainsbury and Tesco, Iceland shops on the high street with fish mongers, butchers, cafes, a Blackbird bakery, pubs, bistros, organic delis etc.
