*Looking for female flatmate* Westbourne Grove

Hi girls,

We’re looking for a 3rd flatmate (girls only, no student sorry) to join our lovely, tidy and clean split level flat in Notting Hill as our flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend.

A bit about us
Carla and I (Rachele) are both in our late 20s and met in the flat. We go to the gym when we don’t adventure baking delicious recipes! We also enjoy exploring new restaurants around the area and gossip on characters from new movies/series together.

We have corporate jobs in the city, go to the office 2-4 times a week and wfh on Fridays. Looking for someone with similar routine, respectful of everyone’s space and work commitments.

About the flat
Located between Notting Hill and Westbourne Park tube stations with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Only 5 minute walk away from the Portobello Road, 10 min from Bayswater/Queensway High Street and 15 min from Hyde Park.

The flat has a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes it feel like home.
There is a spacious kitchen, a lovely little balcony, two bathrooms (one full bathroom with shower/tub and a half bathroom) storage space and a shared bright living room. The bedroom comes fully furnished.

What we’re looking
* Female young professional (mid/late 20s). Students are not suitable unfortunately.
* Clean, tidy and respectful of everyone’s privacy/routine
* Happy to share responsibility with flat’s duties
* Preferably long term
* Non smoker (smoking is not allowed in the flat)

Important info
Rent: £1,173.33 pp per month (paid the last day of the month)
Bills: incl. in the rent excl. council tax and WiFi, approx £40pp per month
Move in date: 30 August, flexible move in date if necessary
Deposit: £1,067 to be paid before moving date to landlord
Checks: The successful applicant will need to pass the landlord's check
