Looking for new flatmate in our lovely flat 💕

Hiya,
Me and my flatmate Sabrina are looking for a new flatmate as our current one is moving back home. The flat is about 15 mins walk to Westbourne Park and 20 mins to Queens Park. We have great bus connections all around. Westfield shopping centre and Notting Hill are also a short walk away! We have a big Sainsburys and two smaller Tescos within a 5 min walk from the house. There are a few different gyms around if you’re interested but the sports center nearby offers great classes and a free swimming pool!

Short tenancies are more than welcome as long as you can stay until the beginning of September! Later tenancy starts are also welcomed!

Bills come around 40 pounds per person although that will change if you’re a professional since this doesn’t include council tax. However I will soon be paying it as well so council tax will not be just your responsibility if you live with us :)

We are looking for a flatmate who is clean and respectful of shared amenities, friendly and easy going. We are both social and always looking forward to meet new people :)
