Looking for a new female flatmate

Hiya,
Me and Sabrina are looking for a new flatmate in our duplex flat in Kensal Rise as our current one is moving back home. The flat is about 15 mins walk to Westbourne Park, 15mins to Queens Park and 15mins to Kensal Rise. We have great bus connections all around. Westfield shopping centre and Notting Hill are also a short walk away! We have a big Sainsburys and two smaller Tescos within a 5 min walk from the house. There are a few different gyms around if you’re interested, I personally prefer the sports centre nearby as it offers a gym, classes and free swimming for 30 a month :)

Short tenancies are more than welcome as long as you can stay until the beginning of September!

Bills come around 40 pounds per person although that will change if you’re a professional since this doesn’t include council tax. Council tax comes at around 30 pp.

We are looking for a flatmate who is clean and respectful of shared amenities, friendly and easy going. We are both social and always looking forward to meet new people :)
