Where there are two self contained studios on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms on the first floor which are sharing the large kitchen on the ground floor. The two loft room share a small kitchen, shower room on the loft floor and also have access to the ground floor kitchen where there is a washing machine and drier to be used by all the tenant in the house.. All the current tenants are young , quiet professional people.

As current tenant is a girl, a girl applicant is preferable for this room.

Neighborhood and transport

There is a big park just at the end of the street where there are tennis courts, running path and other exercise facilities

5 mins walk to North Acton Station (zone 2/3 central line, 20mins you are at Oxford Street) or 5 mins walk to Acton Main Line Elizabeth Line/British Rail (15 mins to Bond Street , Lodnon Paddington).

Local buses to Hammersmith, Willsden Green, Tesco express just outside North Acton station, 24 hours ASDA just over 10 minutes walk. 5 mins walk to local Gym, takeaways, newsagent, pharmacy, GP and dentist.

Landlord also provide weekly cleaner to clean the public area in the house.

Non-smoker preferred or you are not allowed to smoke in the property.

Free wireless internet. Parking space in front of the house on first come first service basis or about £80 a year parking permit to park in the street in front of the house.

£500 deposit and one month rent in advance. £750 per month inclusive except washing machine and drier are coin operated which cost £2 per wash and £1 per half an hour drying time.
