The flat is fully furnished with a shared living room, bathroom and garden, with bills included in the rent. The master bedroom is available, with large windows overlooking our private garden.
We are looking for a third flatmate to join a warm and friendly flat! The flat is across the road from Westferry station, within walking distance from Canary Wharf, 7 minutes away from the nearest Tesco and 5 minutes away from the nearest gym. Door to door, it takes 20 minutes by Tube to get to Bank Station.
We also hire somebody to clean the whole flat regularly and you will be expected to chip in (currently £75 per clean and not included in rent). Once you’re settled we can figure out what frequency works best for everyone.
