There is a huge balcony and the flat is quite generous in size and storage.

10 mins walk to Westferry DLR
20 mins to Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line
5 mins walk to large Lidl, Tesco, post office and a wonderful local coffee shop selling in house bakery and farm products.
Also a nice 15 mins walk along the canal will take you to Limehouse basin.

Your room is a spacious double one (furnished) with use of main bathroom and shared use of a large and bright south facing dining room/lounge and balcony.

👭🏼 The housemate
You will be sharing with myself Dorina, 32 young professional, I am a friendly & easy going person, and importantly, respectful & considerate. I like socialising but I appreciate that everyone needs their own time / privacy. Quite positive & happy most of the time, I work hybrid and I will priotise someone that also works hybrid rather than full time from home, I go out a lot and i enjoy sports & travelling. The flat is always clean & looked after and with decent environment, a beautiful place that can be called HOME!

I am looking for a considerate & tidy female to share with this amazing place. Usual reference will be required, 1 month rent in advance and 5 weeks deposit (protected / directly with very nice landlord - no agency). You will be taking over the existing contract with me.
