Bright, newly decorated double room in a peaceful house, available in ground floor maisonette for a professional.

Great transport links, 15 minute walk to Canary Wharf, Oxford Circus is a 30 minute commute.

Close to Lidl, Waitrose, Tesco and all the bars and restaurants in Canary Wharf.

Bedroom comes furnished with a new double bed, large chest of draws, desk, chair, wardrobe and mirror. Kitchen has a washer/dryer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, air-fryer and blender. I have a living room and front/back gardens and Sky internet. There is also a box room that I work from/use as a guest bedroom.

Bills included.

I keep the house clean and tidy, the carpets are new and everything was repainted a year ago so it feels bright and fresh.

I am 40 years old, work in TV and own the house. It is a place where I relax, rather than a party place, so I’d prefer someone who wants a quiet place to retreat from busy London life.

Would suit an introverted, friendly person who is clean and respectful. Prefer someone who works in an office/out for at least some of the week.

I need my own space and I’m equally happy to have a drink together and build a good relationship. I am fairly chilled, good sense of humour, happy to listen if you ever need an ear and I like wine.

There is a park opposite and it is a ten-minute walk to the canal network and the river. The neighbours are nice and the street is fairly quiet. The cycle super highway runs past the back of the house, which is handy if you cycle.

It is a non-smoking house but you can smoke in the garden. It is really important to me to have someone who will respect the house and clean after themselves.
