The room is well insulated with great light from a large window, a large 3 door wardrobe, convenient ensuite bathroom with a large mirror (with storage), heated towel rack and both heating and air con with a panel in the room.

Excellent building amenities including gated gardens, a concierge (great for mail reception and parcel pickup), 24 hour security and a dedicated parking space. There is also a Virgin Active gym in the gardens with a pool and sauna (pictured) with a residents' discount.

I am moving out and so I'm looking for someone to take my room in the flat.

The other flatmates are both professionals in their 30's. Great people to live with, very friendly, quiet and keep the flat nice and tidy.
