One room available in Westferry

Hello everyone!

One room is available for rent in the Westferry area.

It is a 5-minute walk to DLR Westferry station and about a 10-minute walk to Canary Wharf.

The rent is £600 per month. All bills (utilities, internet, and other expenses) are included in the rent.

There are 4 rooms in total in the house, and 3 are already occupied. Currently, there is one man and two women living in the house.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, and responsible tenant who respects the house rules and keeps the property clean.

It is important to keep noise to a minimum in the house, especially during the evening and night, in order not to disturb other housemates.

We have a cleaning rota for shared areas (bathroom, kitchen, and toilet). The cleaning duties include:• cleaning the bathtub, sink, and toilet;• vacuuming and mopping the bathroom floor;• vacuuming the stairs;• cleaning the kitchen worktop and stove;• vacuuming and mopping the kitchen floor;• taking out the rubbish.
