Modern flatshare with balcony near DLR and Canary

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate for the smaller double room in a modern flat in Westferry, London. The flat is only a 5-minute walk from Westferry DLR station, around 15 minutes from Canary Wharf, and about 15 minutes from Mile End, so it’s really well connected.

The room is smaller, but it comes with its own private bathroom, so you’d still have plenty of privacy. The flat has two bathrooms in total, plus a balcony, living room, kitchen, concierge and a parking space.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy going. It’s a great option for someone who wants a comfortable flat in a convenient London location.
