A lovely, bright, fully furnished king-size room is becoming available in my two-bedroom flat from 10th September, and I'm looking for someone friendly to join me and make it their home too.

The flat:
The flat is bright, airy and filled with natural light, with beautiful sunset views towards the Canary Wharf skyline. There's a good-sized kitchen, a modern bathroom, a washer dryer, and an extendable dining table that's perfect if you work from home.
The flat is on the third floor of a secure building with lift access.

Location:
• 1-minute walk to Westferry DLR
• 10-minute walk to Canary Wharf (Elizabeth and Jubilee lines)
• Bus stops just outside with direct routes into Shoreditch and the City, including night buses

About me:
I'm a 29-year-old media and photography teacher working in East London. I'm tidy, easy-going and enjoy a relaxed home. Outside of work I love films, museums, coffee shops and long walks. I'm also involved in my local church community in Shoreditch.
I've lived here for the past year and genuinely love living here. It's a bright, peaceful flat in a fantastic location and excellent value for the area.

Looking for:
I'm ideally looking for a female working professional (or mature student)
/graduate) who values a peaceful, respectful home. If you work from home too, that's absolutely fine, it's great for this!
The minimum stay is 6 months, although I'm ideally looking for someone who'd like to stay for around 12 months or longer.

Rent & bills:
Approximately £1,180 per month, including bills and Council Tax (Band D). (£1,000 for the room.)

A parking space may be available for an additional fee through the landlord.
The landlord is professional, responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
