Main bathroom, with bath, will be used mostly by lodger as landlord has own bathroom.

Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Everything is kept very clean and tidy.

Located in a very central location, 1 minute from St James Park station and 5 minutes from Westminster/Victoria stations. Also very close to Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.

Would suit a professional individual, who is clean, courteous non-smoker. Preferred no working from home, apart from occasional circumstance - right candidate would be spending normal hours in the office. Ideally candidate is interested in tech, finance and startups.

Most bills are included, such as council tax, broadband and water. Only the electricity is shared between landlord and lodger on a monthly basis.
