This SW1 Bright and sunny ✨ room is fitted with a memory foam single bed , a desk, ergonomic desk chair ,throne chairs ,large mirror , candle stands & dimmer light , ( wifi ).

Storage underneath bed ,wardrobe rail ,small chests of drawers & a small storage trunk.

There are (2) rooms the guest room & my room , then kitchen & bathroom .

Room (2) includes shared entertainment space ,my studio, office, design ,dining and relaxing space ( big windows )

Appliances Washing machine / dryer, blender, water distillery, juicer, coffeemaker , kettle ,electric cooker, fridge/ freezer
( any items broken must be replaced )

Preferably a short term stay 2-3 months with option of longer stay …. until we know we are compatible in cohabiting …. , with compatibility & well planned persons I’m interested in buying a 4 bedroom property
