Spare room in Westminster

We have a room free in our five-bedroom townhouse in Romney Street, Westminster, right next to St. John Smith Square. Excellent transport links, as it's located close to three metro stations.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances. It has plenty of common areas, including an open-plan living room with a big sofa and a huge kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, etc. Regarding appliances, it also includes a washing machine and a drying machine.

The room is spacious with a double bed included. It has a private en-suite bathroom (with a shower). The utilities and internet will be split equally.

As for us, we are young guys aged 21 to 27. We will probably spend a lot of time socialising in the common areas, while maintaining personal space.
