All 3 private rooms are available for sublet in a flat at Urbanest Westminster Bridge, from mid-June to early September (approx. 11 weeks). Rooms can be taken individually or as a group.

The flat has 2 bathrooms shared between 3 people and a fully equipped shared kitchen. All bills and WiFi are included in the rent, as standard with Urbanest.

Each room is priced at £298/week. Urbanest officially permits contract transfers, so this will be a fully formal and legitimate arrangement.

Please note this is a student accommodation building, you will need to be a student to take over the contract.

Urbanest Westminster Bridge is in a fantastic central London location, right by the Thames with easy access to Westminster, Waterloo, and Victoria stations. The building has 24/7 security, a common room, and study spaces.
