Great transport links with several tube stations close by such as Lambeth North, Waterloo and Westminster with an array of bus routes opposite the flat; and for the more exercise-conscious there are Santander/ Lime bicycles on the street directly outside.
Really, the ease of access to everything in Central London just a walk away saves a fortune in travel costs.

The room is furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
Plenty of space for a work desk and chair, or any other furniture additions.

Kitchen has all the required white goods with a brand new boiler recently installed. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine and the always necessary kettle.
Living room is quite large with sofa, table with four chairs, coffee table and single additional armchair.
There is a balcony that is accessible from the living room too.
Bathroom has an electric shower, bath and sink with separate toilet.

The flat is 2 bedrooms, so you would be sharing with the current tenant. Me.
I'm a professional male who works at Parliament (no, I'm not a politician so don't let that put you off!) and I'm looking for someone fairly relaxed, likes the occasional chat but doesn't necessarily have to be in each others space all the time. Not a 'party' place, but obviously visitors and partners welcome. My own partner might stay occasionally on a rare weekend but I would let you know beforehand. More than happy to visit cafes, pubs, or a wander around the delights of the city together if asked. Bit of a history nerd so museums or anything cultural always a welcome diversion. Hoping to find another friendly professional and previous flatmates have been both male and female so no preference there.
