Looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy flatmate to join a modern apartment in one of London's best locations.

Our current flatmate is moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in our spacious and well-maintained apartment at Perspective Building, 100 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7XA.

The flat is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Waterloo Station, Westminster, the London Eye, and the South Bank, with fantastic transport links and plenty of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Rent: £1,600 per month + utilities.

We're ideally looking for someone who is:

Preferably Turkish
Around 25 years old
A young professional (not a student)
Non-smoker
No pets
Clean, tidy and respectful
Looking for a peaceful home rather than a party house
Planning to stay long term
