Double bedroom Very Central Area

Offering a spacious double bedroom in the heart of waterloo just across Westminster Bridge
My flatmate is moving out so we are looking for someone to take over the remaining contract time until Feb and renew for another year

About me I am 32 lived at the flat for 4 years
Professional E-commerce Coordinator with Smart working option at time but mainly office based

Looking to share the flat with someone respectful and that likes a chat every now and then but also keeps their autonomy
Also love a cheeky aperol
Bear in mind I value clam and peace as o consider the house a home where I can relax and unwind in personal space.

The room is a double room which my flatmate might leave some furniture or consider selling it, it gives direct access to the small terrace (My room and living room are also connected to it) with view to the London eye! And 5 mins walk from it.
