I’m one of the flatmates currently moving out of this 3-bedroom flat in White City. There is one double room available that is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and large cupboard- lots of storage space! The flat also comes with a bathroom and kitchen which is shared between two other females. The bills roughly come to gas and energy bills come to £40-60 a month depending on the season, and water being roughly £27 a month. Council tax is included in the monthly rent.

The property is located in a well connected area, with White City station and Wood Lane Station only a 10-minute walk away. There are lots of shops, cafes nearby and a Gym Group located in walking distance as well.

The minimum renting period would have to be 10months, after which a 2-month notice can be given to leave the property.
