Hi, I’m Francesca, a student renting out my room.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my single room (with a double bed) as soon as possible. The room will be available from June 1st, 2026.

The flat consists of 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms (3 singles and 1 shared room), for a total of 5 tenants. The room is spacious, fully furnished, and includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair, and double bed.

The apartment is located in the White City area, very well connected by public transport (bus routes, Central Line, and Hammersmith & Circle lines within a 10-minute walk). There are also supermarkets and a gym nearby.

The room will be rented through the agency City Rooms. Once a suitable tenant is found, I will put you in contact with the agent who is helping me with the tenancy transfer.

Unfortunately, I need to leave my room earlier than expected to return to Italy, so I am looking for a reliable person who can take over the tenancy as soon as possible. I’ll send further details to anyone interested.
