Two spacious double rooms and a single room which comes with your own private second study/spare room. Two shared bathrooms and all bedrooms come furnished. The study comes unfurnished but previous tenant is willing to sell the desk, chair and sofa-bed (great for guests).

The house also comes with a beautiful and comfortable living room 🛋️ with TV and a large kitchen with plenty of storage space and fridge/freezer space. In addition, the kitchen is connected to a cute south-facing balcony with stairs to the private back garden, a great chilling spot 🌞!

Very well connected. 10 min from tube (central, Hammersmith & city, circle line) with many bus routes running from super close by. Also 10 min walk from Westfield White City (shopping, food & drink, cinema etc), 20 min walk from Notting Hill and next to Imperial White City and Hammersmith Campus.

I am a newly working professional looking for three people to share the house and hopefully help make it feel like a home 💖. I love spending my time outdoors, running and visiting nice parks around the city! I also enjoy coffee/matcha dates ☕️ and occasional drinks out to a cute bar or pub ⭐. I often also value staying at home, binge-watching a good show and crocheting! I respect people’s boundaries and their need for personal space. However, it would be nice if you are interested in spending time together to make the living experience as enjoyable as possible, rather than just co-existing :)

Rooms are available from 1st October but an earlier move in date could be discussed.
